Not another streak counter.
Most apps count the days you didn't fall. Shepherd One trains the days in between — a few focused minutes each morning of scripture, prayer, and practical discipline, with brothers who are walking the same road.
No shame. No public profile. Just a daily plan and men who won't let you quit.
-
Pray through the urge.
When temptation hits, open Urge Shield. It walks you through the moment with guided prayer and scripture, so you have somewhere to go besides the screen.
-
Train every day.
Your Today screen gives you one short session each morning. Show up consistently and watch your consistency circle fill — discipline built one day at a time.
-
Stand together.
Join private brotherhood groups, moderated by experienced brothers, built for honesty, and closed to the outside world.
Become a Founding Brother.
The first 1,000 men to reserve a spot help shape Shepherd One before anyone else sees it.

Questions
Who is Shepherd One for?
Christian men who want freedom from pornography and a disciplined, faith-centered life — whether you're just starting or have been fighting for years.
Will anyone know I signed up?
No. We only store your email, nothing on this list is public, and our emails are written so a glance at your inbox doesn't reveal anything.
When does it launch?
Shepherd One is in testing now. Founding Brothers will hear first when early access opens.
Is it on iPhone?
Shepherd One is launching on Android first. If you're on iPhone, choose it when you sign up — it tells us how many brothers are waiting.
Does it cost anything?
Reserving a spot is free. We'll share pricing before launch, and Founding Brothers will hear about it first.
Does this replace counseling or my church?
No. Shepherd One is a daily training tool that works alongside your church, a counselor, or a recovery group — not a substitute for them.
